New Year is a time when all of us set goals in different areas of our life. I got the privilege of reading the draft and the free copy of the book as I was included as part of the book launch to write a review. Even if you have reached your weight goals and you are in great health, I encourage you to read this book as this is a journey into healing and transformation eventually leading to weight loss.
When we think about food, and lifestyle modifications it is very important that we follow a plan that is sustainable. When tapping is added to this plan, sustenance and maintenance becomes easy and effortless.
Research shows that tapping reduces the cortisol (major stress hormone) levels in our body. When the levels of this hormone is reduced, the fat begins to melt away, cravings reduce, and our relationship with food, and our body changes.
Our body is a conduit of all our emotions. Tapping helps us to be grounded in the here and now, feel safe in our body, and allow the emotions to gently move through the system, which is an amazing healing machine.
