Tapping script for Self- empowerment

Karate Chop/Side of the hand: Even though a part of me is doubting myself and a part of me is 100% sure that I can achieve my goals I choose to acknowledge both parts of me.

Even though sometimes I stay stuck because of all the self- doubt, I’m willing to look at it in a new way.

Even though doubting myself keeps me safe and happy, I’m open to a new possibility of shifting from self- doubt to self- empowerment.

Eyebrow: Because I doubt myself

Side of the eye: I lack the motivation to do things in my list.

Under the eye: So, I end up procrastinating

Under the nose: As long as I am procrastinating I’m in a safe place

Chin: I don’t have to risk completing my projects

Collar bone: Then, I’ll have nothing to be judged or criticized

Under the arm: I don’t have to put myself through a self- evaluation process

Top of the head: I can stay in my comfort zone

Eyebrow:  I’m open to changing this right now by stepping into transformation

Side of the eye: I’m releasing myself from this vicious cycle of fear, self-doubt and procrastination

Under the eye: I choose to free myself from overwhelm that is stuck in my energy body

Under the nose: I choose to reassure myself that with the support of Source Energy/Universe/Grace of God anything and everything is possible

Chin: I’m open to receiving infinite possibilities in the form of guidance, inspiring ideas and motivational messages.

Collar bone: I’m releasing old patterns of thinking and behavior right now. I’m feeling much better already.

Under the arm: Every day in every way, I feel empowered to achieve my goals.

Top of the head: Every day in every way, I’m moving towards achieving my dreams.

Stress and Weight Loss

Several scientific studies have shown that EFT reduces cortisol levels in the body. Cortisol is the master hormone regulating many aspects of the body’s stress response mechanisms.  Stress is a very important component to be addressed when dealing with weight issues, along with healthy eating, and exercise. Tapping is a wonderful tool to release stress and the weight.

You are the architect of your life

Our thoughts carry energy. Being aware of our thoughts and focusing on returning to the present moment is one way of being an architect of your life. Tapping is another way to change our inner world, as it has the ability to shift our vibration within minutes which in turn changes our outer reality.

Freedom with EFT

EFT has given me the freedom to say “No” when I want to and also  the awareness of knowing  my boundaries and other people’s boundaries without experience  compassion fatigue. I offer help with kindness, but I am able to give it from a place of peace within me and not because “I have to” or “I should”. This was always self imposed.  I am able to offer the same support now from a place of calm and confidence.

Transformation means change

When an individual truly desires a transformation in area of their life, it is indeed a moment of personal empowerment and calls for celebration. But, not everyone is ready for transformation. Do you know why? It is because our subconscious mind is trying to keep us safe, and happy.

Tapping is a wonderful tool that helps in releasing the subconscious blocks so that transformation is achieved in an easy and effortless manner.
